In this service we include dimensioning by calculation, measurements and cost estimation (BoQ), prefabrication studies and assembly sequences, 3D BIM modelling, contracting and execution strategies, etc.
Basic Engineering
This service includes, among others, the preparation of design, specifications, documentation for tenders, bills of materials (MTO, BoQ), EX areas classification, layout of distribution and the analysis of different options using 3D BIM design, planning, cost estimation, calculation of structures, civil works, piping, electricity and instrumentation, basic and execution projects (legalization), etc.
Detail Engineering
This service may include the following activities: Detailed 3D modelling (AVEVA PDMS-E3D / Autodesk REVIT – PLANT3D / Solidworks), design and construction specifications, equipment and data sheet listing, detailed design, calculation of structures and joints (ROBOT, CYPE, RSTAB, SAP2000, TEKLA, IDEA Connection), design of process and auxiliary buildings, design of civil works (earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, architectural design, buried networks, etc.) fire protection, evacuation studies, pipe calculations (hydraulic and stress), routing and pipe support, electrical calculations, etc.
